Tonia is a commercial real estate and business attorney representing
regional land developers, national retailers, franchise operators,
businesses and financial institutions. Her practice includes a full
spectrum of experience in:
– property acquisition and development,
– retail and industrial leasing,
– new and existing franchise development/analysis,
– construction/project financing,
– 1031 deferred exchange transactions,
– historic tax credit and redevelopment projects,
– restrictive covenants and easements,
– residential/commercial condominium formation (and other
planned use developments) and
– corporate transactions (formation, asset purchase/sale, merger,
subscription, dissolution, restructure, equity and capital infusion).
When not strategizing with clients and closing deals, Tonia can be found with her fifteen children in the family shoe. Actually, it’s only four, and they all enjoy trips to Cancun, the Rocky Mountains and the beaches of Southwest Florida whenever possible.
