Ashley Harris

Ashley is a commercial real estate attorney representing financial institutions, private lenders, developers, buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions and landlords and tenants in commercial leases. Her principal areas of practice are:
– drafting and negotiating commercial loan documentation, reviewing due diligence, and handling closings for lenders
– property acquisition and development
– drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
– acquisition, construction, permanent and conduit loans
– 1031 deferred exchange transactions

Ashley strives to exceed her client’s expectations and to provide the highest level of service in every transaction. When not working hard for her clients, Ashley looks forward to spending time with her husband Daniel and their 3 children.
