Patty Lankenau offers more than twenty-five years of experience representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactions throughout the nation. She brings significant experience to the table as she works with clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial retail centers, warehouse projects, senior living facilities and office facilities in multi-state venues.
In recent years, Patty has developed specialized expertise in senior living transactions, representing owners, operators, investors and managers of senior living facilities in the acquisition, structuring and financing of their portfolios throughout the country. She enjoys a reputation for practical, cost-effective problem-solving in helping her clients attain their objectives.
Patty is a native of Richmond, having returned to the Promised Land after twenty-five years in the Washington DC metropolitan area. She looks forward to rediscovering all of Richmond’s charms with her husband, children and friends, old and new.
