Chris joined PLG in January 2018 after several years with a large firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, where he represents developers, national retailers, businesses, lenders and borrowers. In addition, Chris has experience representing healthcare systems in leasing and acquisition/sale matters and national wireless telecommunications companies in transactions involving leasing and deployment matters throughout the mid-Atlantic.
Prior to entering private practice, Chris clerked for the Honorable Herbert C. Gill, Jr. of the 12th Judicial Circuit of Virginia, which includes the County of Chesterfield and City of Colonial Heights.
Chris lives in Midlothian with his wife, Emily, and their two dogs, Magnolia and Woodford. When out of the office, Chris enjoys playing golf, fishing, hunting, and rooting on the Hampden-Sydney Tigers.
